- All of the products offered on this site should be installed by qualified, experienced personnel.
- Cruisersplus is not responsible for any damages, whether consequential, special, contingent, or otherwise.
- Cruisersplus is not responsible for expense or injury arising from the use, misuse, improper installation, improper operation, mishandling, improper application, or abuse, of products offered on this site.
- Cruisersplus is not responsible for expenses incurred by the customer arising from the removal of any defective part purchased from Cruisersplus, including but not limited to the shipping and handling expenses of any returned item.
- Cruisers Plus is not responsible for any image on this website being the exact item you are ordering. Images on this website are not intended for such purposes.
- Images on this website are intended to reflect a manufacturers product only and are not intended for any exact specific application. Please know the item you are ordering and if you have any questions, contact us and we will be glad to assist you.

Prices
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice to us.
- All orders are invoiced at prices in effect at the time of shipment.
Terms
- All orders require payment in full prior to shipment.
- Special orders must be fully paid for in advance.
- Payment may be made by credit card, money order, and personal check.
- See ordering info page for further payment details.
Orders
- Please allow 24 to 72 business hours from the time of receipt for processing your order. Due to the additional volume during peak season you may experience longer delays. When you place your order using the shopping cart, you will receive a shopping cart order confirmation notice.
Order Cancellations
- Orders processed for custom-built items may not be cancelled or returned.
Back Orders
- We will gladly notify the customer of any out of stock or discontinued item prior to processing your order.
- Orders containing out of stock items will be processed as other orders but will not be shipped until all out of stock items are available, unless you request otherwise.
- Request a partial shipment and we will be glad to send you your order as it is at the time of receipt.
- Most items are available for shipment within 24 to 72 business hours except during peak season.
- Most out of stock items may be available for shipment within one week from the time your order is placed.
Returns for Refund
- A return authorization is required prior to the return of any item.
- Contact us by telephone to obtain a return authorization number.

- A return without prior authorization will be refused.
- The return authorization number should be placed on the outside of the package of the returned item and on the original invoice.
- For proper credit, original invoice must accompany the item being returned.
- The merchandise must be at our location within 7 business days from the date that you obtained your RA #. Otherwise a refund may be denied.
- Shipping charges are a non-refundable cost and will not be refunded by Cruisers Plus.
- Return expenses incurred such as shipping and handling fees, packaging, etc. will be the buyer's responsibility.
- Please be sure and include all of the items that were originally contained in the package such as instructions, parts, warranty cards, etc.
- Please package return items securely and carefully.
- All items being returned for refund must be resalable as a new item and in original package to receive a refund.
- A refund will not be given on items that have been mounted or used in any way.
- No refund will be given after 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Cruisers Plus enforces restocking fees of 15% of the purchase price of any returned item.
- Cruisers Plus reserves the right to issue a refund and any refund will be contingent upon inspection and the condition of an item at the time it is received.
- Refunds will not be given for custom-built, electrical, special-order items, mounted exhaust systems where engines have been started, etc.
- Cruisers Plus will not accept items returned as C.O.D. or requiring signature.
- When your package is received and inspected, we will gladly refund the sale price of the returned item (in accordance with policies) only if the above procedures allow and/or have been followed.
- Ship the package to the address listed on the contact us page of our website.
- Cruisers Plus reserves the right to, or not to issue any refund.
- It is the responsibility of the buyer to be present at the "ship to" address during the time of delivery to receive, sign for, and/or inspect merchandise.
- If buyer chooses not to be present at the time of delivery, buyer releases carrier and Cruisers Plus from any responsibility for delivery.
- Cruisers Plus will not be held responsible for "non receipt of goods".
- Please follow the guidelines listed above. Otherwise, you may experience unnecssary time, effort, additional expense, and delays.
Freight Claims
- We will not ship any product revealing visual damage of any kind.
- The carrier receives and signs for your merchandise in good condition at the time of pick up from our facility or a drop ship facility.
- The carrier accepts full responsibility of caring for your merchandise while it is in transit.
- All merchandise is shipped at the customers risk and Cruisers Plus may not be held responsible for the carriers actions.
- It may benefit you to make notations of any damage to the merchandise at the time of delivery.
- If possible, ask the delivery driver to sign or initial any notations.
- Damage claims must be made to the delivering carrier.
